FAQs

We’ve talked with dozens of missions pastors, mobilizers, and missionaries about the kit. Here are some of the common questions we’ve heard.

Our platform is currently optimized for English speakers, so users will need a conversational level of fluency to participate. However, our community participants are from nations around the world, and many members are fluent in languages besides English. If you have a specific language requirement or need, please email concierge@globalswitchboard.io, and we will attempt to connect you with a community member for help.

Every member of our Switchboard community affirm and sign our Statement of Faith and respective Community Agreement forms.  These agreements outline the Christlike character and humble collaboration that is expected from all participants on the Switchboard platform. Anyone who refuses to conduct their behavior within these parameters may have their account frozen or be removed from the platform.  Read our statement of faith.
