Steve has demonstrated a consistent commitment to Gospel-centered transformation throughout his professional journey. As Chief Operating Officer at The Colson Center for Christian Worldview, he played a key role in advancing its mission to equip Christians to live and lead with biblical clarity and courage. Over eight years, he led major initiatives in strategic growth, alliance-building, and cultural engagement. A current Colson Fellow and Board Member, Steve was also the first person to review the original Switchboard ministry plan during founder Scott Elequin’s Colson Fellows program.
In addition to his work with the Colson Center, Steve serves as Chair of C12 Central Texas, where he mentors Christian CEOs and business leaders to build businesses that reflect God’s purpose and glory. His previous marketplace experience includes executive leadership roles at both startups and Fortune 500 companies, including serving as President & CEO of Applied Microsystems and Chief Administrative Officer at Coinstar.
As COO of Global Switchboard, Steve will lead our operational strategy and execution, helping to scale the platform’s reach and deepen its effectiveness in connecting Gospel-minded volunteers with frontline missionaries and ministries around the world. His leadership will be foundational as we pursue a future marked by sustainable growth, Kingdom-driven innovation, and faithful stewardship.
