Switchboard, an innovative platform connecting skilled Christian professionals with global missions opportunities, has developed the Ministry Expansion Kit to help cross-cultural workers harness the power of virtual volunteering. This comprehensive resource equips workers with the tools they need to clarify their needs, engage volunteers effectively, and maximize their ministry potential.

This new kit is a natural companion to the Virtual Missions Kit, released earlier this year to help churches mobilize their congregations for missions without needing to travel. While the Virtual Missions Kit focuses on equipping churches to identify and support global opportunities, the Ministry Expansion Kit empowers the recipients of that support—cross-cultural workers on the field. Together, these two resources form a powerful bridge between local churches and global missions efforts, creating new pathways for collaboration and Gospel impact.
